Were you actually on the gas station property, private property, while filling your car and then a police officer pulled onto the property?

Say you get 35% tint... over time how much lighter will it get?

I got 35% tint back in 2007 and I feel like it's getting lighter and lighter..

Ceramic tint? Tell me more. Will it fade? I just got a new Legacy GT and I want to get tint that doesn't fade.

Ceramic tints are the latest-greatest window tint technology--they do a better job at blocking infra-red, therefore, lowering the temperature of your car without requiring as dark of a tint. They are supposed to be superior to the 'metal' based tints, where metal contained in the tint was supposed to block the IR, as the metal based tints would interfer with radio and radar detectors.

The better tints are much better at not fading than cheaper versions. As ceramic tints are newer & more expensive, you probably will not find too many 'cheap' versions out there.
