Notice the lack of port holes to install the piston pins, must be able to tighten the rod bolts from the crankcase area now that they are angled.

looking good. Im still looking forward to seeing what this thing is going to do with 93/ 93+meth, even if it does involve dropping compression down. I dont have e85 readily available in my area....

If this lasts, this might replace the 2.2L for legendary durability. Scratch that, if this engine lasts, the 2.2l never could have touched what this is doing. Not even close.

I've had several Subarus, one well over 500whp. I don't think a BRZ needs anywhere near that much, but 170ish seems a bit underwhelming this day in age. I'd like to see that there is some headroom for adding power. |
