Default 07 wrx ecu, key, immobilizer, compatible with 06 sti?

Like the title states, I have a 2007 wrx ECu, Key and immobilizer and im trying to get a car going that has had a wiring harness merged from an 06 sti. I didnt do the merging and I dont know who did. Does anyone have any insight? Ive been searching for the past hour or so, found some helpful threads and notes; I know that an 06 wrx is pretty much identicle between an 07 sti, and that an 07 wrx and 07 sti differ by only a pinout or so. I also will be using either the 06 sti engine harness, or 07 wrx harness which ever is called for.

I am pretty sure those ECU's will swap right over.
The immobilizer will bolt right up in the same place and the ignition switch is a no brainer.
You should have no problems whatsoever as long as the wiring harness merge did not mess with any of the original immobilizer's integration.
