Exclamation Need Help, -1PSI vacuum at 596 rpm

My car dies out just by trying to crank it but I got it to catch a couple times and the vacuum is stupid low like I'm talking -1.6psi at 900rpm and -1 at like 598rpm. I may understand it wrong but the vacuum should be there instantly as the engine is rotating at that speed, like it doesn't have to build up to get to a certain pressure kinda like an oil pump as the engine rotates the pressure is there instantly.

Anyways I've been chasing random issues but I cannot find the issue, My plugs were wet with gas cleaned em and changed coil packs. I also did injectors testing all is good fuel pressure it good far even is good. at 14.7 and 14.5 on start/crank as shown on the logs. but my vacuum is just so low Im not even sure what it could be atp. I used like a DIY smoke tester I made at home to try to find leaks but showed nothing (checked via brake booster, and also intake tract for intake leaks) had nothing show up. The vacuum leak is like huge it must be but I cannot find anything I even tried using brake lceaner in random areas to see if she would crank up any better with it but found nothing.

Just need some advice before I go ahead and just buy myself a proper pressurized smoke tester. But the leak must be huge so idk how it wouldn't be seen

If you got any tips or think yk whats wrong please reply and lmk, I will link the drive to my logs below(ones on may 2nd were before coil pack and plug cleaning, the ones from today may 9th are after I changed coil packs and cleaned plugs.):

P.S: Also check my other post if you would like to see more details from around that may 2nd date. It has a lot more info on the issues I have been facing and other fixes Ive done link to that post will be below:
