Default Dynamic dampener necessary?

Subaru part number 41023AC010
On 05 wrx manual
Changing my transmission mount and changing out a few bushings only one I didnít buy was this piece plus a bolt snapped on it while taking it out. Guessing this reduces some noise somehow, however I put in hardened mounts so not to concerned about extra noise. Do I need it? Thanks

Those mounts will make vibration infinitely worse.

If it's a DD, I would keep the stock part/ for a dedicated track car it's a good to replace item as it will sharpen shifts and keep everything more rigid. As noted, the increase in NVH will be substantial with this part. So that's all up to you.
