Default ATTN: OT Handymen/women: how to saw a wine bottle and reseal it afterwards?

First off, I am not making a bong...

I'd like to somehow saw off the bottom of a small wine bottle so I can put some gifts inside and then reseal it and mail it to my girlfriend. I'd like to do this in a way which makes it appear to be untampered with (it doesn't need to hold liquid anymore though).

Is this a feasible task? If so, what tools would I need, and how can I go about doing it? Thanks in advance. - Joe

yeah, a bottle cutter from a craft shop, or a tile saw.
to reseal it, super glue or an epoxy maybe?

Just say you are trying to make a Bong. We wont tell your GF.

I say a hobby ceramic cutting blade on a Dremel, then Epoxy it up.

Arbor Mist? What?

use a glass cutter to cut the glass and then 5 minute epoxy to glue it... it might work. super glue might even work.
