Default tein flex has more clicks than 16!??!

i was adjusting my flex, my driver side front/rear has 16 clicks and its correct, but on the passenger sides both front and rear has more than 16 clicks! does that mean its messed up? i dont tamper with it at all..ive only made adjustments twice on these. whats happening with em?

it has total of 27 clicks or somewhere around there. Go to full stiff (clockwise), rotate back 16 clicks, that's your lowest setting. Below that setting the damping is really soft, it gets progressive at the end.

AFAIK, rebuilds cost 100 dollars each strut, not including shipping to Tein. My Tein Super Streets have 16 adjustments too, but I can crank them all the way to like 20 something past that. The instructions that came with my coilovers said not to turn them past 16. You should be fine.

oh ok..so no matter how many clicks there are...i should click all the way to stiffest and click down right?

edit: i think tein is local to me.

Yep. That's how I've been adjusting mine, and I haven't had a problem in over two years.
