Converted the look of my car over the winter with KC's help on the graphics and drove to the FFR February Moochfest, shortly after Dick and his son died. His Daytona record was an amazing feat (198mph+), especially with a car with the aerodynamics of a brick. I sold the car about a year ago. It's now up in southern NH.
198mph took some serious stones, even the more modern FFR scares the crap out of me sometimes The subaru is the ultimate family car for me, I haul two kids around in mine, and will be putting in a third car seat in a few months

Don't want anybody thinking I'm trying to needlessly up my post count, so here you go:

I know the feeling. Parked on a very wide street last week. Came back 15 minutes later to find my driver mirror flat against the car. Bent back the way it doesn't fold, the entire mirror gone, no housing left. Upside is someone saw it and got a plate number. The dude that hit me managed to actually break his window with his own mirror. I'll post a pic soon.

This was taken back in March, but I felt it was relevant for this thread. I was walking across the street from my workplace to Wendy's when I noticed this Porsche parked next to my car upon leaving. Plenty of parking spaces around us, but I guess he/she appreciated the boxer love. I was content with the situation. That Porsche is gorgeous.

Good gawd, seeing this thread is a not-so-friendly reminder how goddam small the parking spaces are here in SoCal.
