Fmic came into play because those guys leave the hood scoop in place, with no tmic it's the same exact thing as mine.

It's a speed hunters article btw, look through previous comments,

I guess I really just have a couple questions...

TKimmell, what's your plan for getting a set of 17x12 steel wheels? What kind of offset are these wheels going to have? What tires do you plan on putting on these wheels? What kind of mods are you going to do to fit them? I see you mentioned fender flares and raceland coilovers, but there's got to be more to the equation than that.

Dude its gonna look so VIP Bumble-Bee Garage Queen! It will be a garage queen because it will be near impossible to ride around on such a horrendous setup. Now the hood scoop will really fail because it will have no air moving through it. Unless of course the wind is gusting toward the nose of his car.

Amazing!!! Only owned it for 4 months at age 17 and sold it for $2000 more than I paid!
Got rid of it because of the RWD/winters and insurance wasn't fun!

Can't find any pics right now but it was all stock (except the carbon vented hood, color matched) 65k original miles, looked like this:

Who the **** are you to say that for one. You have no idea who I am, or my resources.

jourdanwithau-
Diamond Racing custom set.
I'd like to get 2" backspacing.
The reason why so wide is for the amount a neg. Camber I want to run.
In order to clear it all I will cut the wheel tubs and weld in rolled sheet metal, for steering clearance. Similar to what most drifters do.
Roll/pull/cut the stock fenders to fit the Karlton Flares.
As you said, race land coils, camber plates, and bolts.
Looked into all new control arms, haven't found a set I like.
White line bushing kit front and rear.
A good buddy of mine works at Jacks Alignment, a local shop in Colorado Springs, he's going to help me get the suspension work done for a six pack.
I've got a sponsorship from racing my imca modified, so I get tires at cost.
It's not like I am Afro engineering a set up running wheel spacers and ****, it's all going to be under warranties.

Any idea about re-gearing the car for closer ratios? it won't be on the highway much, if any at all.

Mr.fancy footwork keep saying it's horrendous, or what ever you want. You're acting like that one kid who hates it so much, he's got to share his 2 cents with the entire world. Like seriously dude, kick ****in rocks.

I'll post real quick so you don't double post again for the 7th time.. ignorant of the edit button I guess?

Oh, and I am happily and proudly as ignorant as I can possibly be about "VIP style" Bee Dragon ghetto cruisers. And that's no excuse on the purple plastic - but hey, whatever floats your 12 inch wide wheeled boat. Just know this.. 99.99999% of people who look at you when you get your car all VIP'd out, will be thinking to themselves what a complete moron that guy must be, or they'll be talking to the person next to them, laughing at your wrecked ride and laughing at you.

I can't wait to see it though.. so please, do it up buttercup. Please, I have got to see this. It won't happen though because I think you're nothing but a troll who wants to argue about all this VIP bullhisht anyway.

21 sir. I work for a underground utilities companh installing natural gas line in the mountains in housing subdivisions that are currently using propane. Money has been tight do to circle track racing. I might be selling my modified this winter anyways, it's too expensive running it. If I do that I can put more money into my car, maybe even buy a set of 12" forged wheels so that unsprung weight goes down.

Why does my age matter?..
How old are you there fancyfootwork?

Adding more pictures to attempt to get back on topic.
Posted these in the hatchback thread but I really like how they came out. Taken just after I got the Seibon WRX spoiler on and I installed an Invidia N1 since these were taken.

Hey noob question. I'll feel like a total retard if I'm wrong. So feel free to flame if I am. I picked up a rear sway bar and endlinks from a 10 Forester. Is this how it should be sitting. With the hump to the top. Everything just seemed a bit to tight and the endlinks seemed a bit tweaked. Let me know thanks

^^^
Take a look at the Forester. If it looks like it should be clearing something, then the hump should be on top.
