Really enjoying them actually, changes your Tarmac driving style if you're concerned about fuel economy

If they're anything like the Geolanders (Yokohama's A/T tire), they're kinda noisy.

Hey guys I lifted my legacy pretty extensively about a year ago, it's quite a few pages back, white sedan with gold rims. Anyhow it was done with the 3 inch " body lift" which actually just drops the subframe and about a 5 inch suspension lift by using strut spacers that went on top of the strut. Well I have recently bought a forester and am going to lift it but would rather extend the struts similar to the Efi logic's forester so I can fit a bigger tire and not worry about hitting the coil spring mount. Anyone know how they extended the struts? Obviously weld pipe in but any information beyond that? Any information is appreciated - Chris

Probably taller springs and revalved struts.

When I had the AT2s, they are somewhat noisy up to 35-45mph. At highway speeds, they are pretty quiet. I would say the "noisy" is about the same as having an uncatted exhaust. So with all the exhaust noise going on, the tires seem minor.

They hum at highway speeds, but I have a decently loud catless exhaust too so the tire noise just blends in with the exhuast drone.

^ Nice pics Logan!
looks like fun, I had to chicken out this past weekend as it was WAY rougher than described and I would have messed up my car, but I'll be ready next time.
At least I got to watch Paul in his 555 racecar, good stuff.

Tell ya what man, im really missin AK, i really wish i was able to get into the subbie scene sooner up there.

It's quite prepped.

Built EJ257 shortblock
2.5RS SOHC heads
WRX manifold/tgv swap
STI 565 injectors/fuel pump
VF23 & big TMIC
06 WRX driveline
Link standalone with ALS/FFS/LC

Full cage
Sparco Pro2000 seats
Schroth Profi-II harnesses
Stilo intercom system
OMP WRC wheel
Kartboy shifter
Custom switch box & wiring
Prodrive CF co-driver foot box

04 STI struts (revalved) and springs
Whiteline sways and links
One-off solid steering rack bushings
Whiteline & Kartboy bushings elsewhere

I know there's more I'm forgetting, but for the racing up here, it's pretty much set. This is the in-car video from that track.

Man retrac that thing is pretty built haha. I run the rebuilt/revalved STi struts paired with Kings on my wagon. One of the best bang for the buck gravel set up's for sure.

And yes to Evileye who answered the 555 were a cigarette company. This is back when it was to still kosher for tobacco companies to back motorsports teams. You don't see that anymore haha
