Strafe's Super For Sale Post (2002 WRX, 1987 Hatch, Sanyo 5150)
Pics!!
I'm working on getting pictures of everything up by tonight. So, hang in there. Feel free to email me or PM me with any questions of concerns. 2002 Subaru WRX Sedan $23,000 OBO 2002 Subaru WRX 5MT Sedan (purchased 03/2001) in World Rally Blue Pearl - The car has 50,000 miles on it, 90% highway. I use it for daily driving to and from work 30 minutes one-way, 5 days a week. The oil is changed every 3000-4000 miles. I have used Mobil One 5W since 1,000 miles. It is in excellent condition with tasteful mods. Never beaten or Auto-X-ed! It has close to 400hp with cockpit controllable boost levels (via Blitz SBC-iD). The car does have a few scratches and some paint has chipped off of the mesh fog covers and the UK300 lip. I have the receipts for almost all of the parts and labor (done only by RalliSpec). All of the STi JDM parts are genuine, no replicas (except for the fog covers). I’m sure a few members on the NASIOC/i-Club could and would vouch for this excellent WRX. I am not parting out the car. If it doesn’t sell, I will keep the car. I will sell the items at the bottom seperately, in the “Not installed on the car, but included” section. I’m only considering selling it because I want a new project. I absolutely love the car! Here’s a list of the mods (currently installed) I have added since I bought the car. - KartBoy Short Shifter - KartBoy Shifter Bushings - Subaru Titanium WRC Shift Knob - Subaru Wheel Lock Kit - Subaru Rearview Auto-dimming Mirror and Compass - Subaru Air Filtration Kit - Subaru Armrest Extension Kit - Subaru Column Mounted Boost Gauge Kit - Subaru Rubber Floor Mats - Subaru Rear Spoiler/Wing - Subaru Painted Side Skirts - STi VII JDM Hood Scoop, Underplate, and Rubber Seal - Go Fast Bits Hybrid Blow-off Valve - MRT Dual-tip 3” Turbo-back Exhaust - Prodrive (Hella) UK300 Headlight Kit - STi VII (Replica) Mesh Fog Light Covers - Katzkin Leather Interior Kit (www.leatherseats.com) - Prodrive UK300 Front Lip Spoiler - STi VII Top Mount Intercooler - STi VII JDM Grille Kit - Cusco Exhaust Hangers Kit - Fastline STi VII Scoop Grille - Fastline Mud Flaps - Hella Supertone Horns - STi VII JDM 17"x7.5" Wheels /w 20,000 mile old Kumho ECSTA Supra 712 Tires 225/45-17 - STi VII JDM Struts - STi VII JDM Springs - STi VII JDM Strut Tops - STi VII JDM Pedals - Whiteline Adjustable Front Sway Bar - Whiteline Adjustable Rear Sway Bar - Whiteline HD Rear Sway Bar Mounts - STi VII JDM Intercooler Y-pipe - STi Aluminum Lower Control Arms - IHI VF-30 Turbo - Rallispec STi Intercooler Hose Kit - STi Injectors - Walbro GSS342 Fuel Pump - Blitz SBC-iD - Blitz Power-iD - Subaru Center Gauge Pod - Go Fast Bits Pulley Kit - TurboXS Stage 4 UniChip - Godspeed Up-pipe - Whiteline Anti-Lift Kit - Blitz SUS Intake - STi Group N Engine Mounts - STi Group N Trans Mounts - STi Aluminum Rear Strut Bar Currently on order at RalliSpec - STi Group N Engine Pitch Mount - STi Aluminum Front Strut Bar Not installed on the car - Injen Cold Air Intake - Katzkin Leather Interior Kit [Door Panels] (never installed) - Zoom Side Mirrors (never installed) - Kyokugen Silver Racing Lug Nuts (never installed) - Subaru UK Headlight Leveler Switch - MRT Brake Master Cylinder Bracket (never installed) - Fastline STi Hood Scoop Screen (never installed) - Stock WRX Struts, Springs and Strut-tops - Stock WRX TD04 Turbo - Stock WRX Up-pipe - WRX Rear Diff. You can get it activated on Sprint’s web site for $35. It’s in excellent condition with a few scratches, especially on the battery (which could be replaced). If you replaced the 5150 battery, the phone would look brand new. The phone has a great color screen and excellent RF reception. A couple of reasons.
1. Looking to buy a house. I actually might put a bid/offer in on one this weekend. SO, I could use the money to fix up the house. 2. Kinda done with the WRX as far as stuff to do. I had brake upgrades (STi Brembos) left on my masterplan list. I did all of the upgrades I every wanted to do, though. It's not a rally car, it's not a tarmac monster, but it is a perfect daily driver monster, balance of both. So, perhaps I'm a little bored with nothing to do on the car. That sounds a little crazy! I do enjoy driving it everyday, knowing it'll whip most cars in a straightline and through the twisties (tarmac or dirt). 3. Fell in love with the new G35 coupe. We'll see. I don't really want to sell it. I love the car. But if someone wanted to give me $22,000 for it, I'd take it. Last edited by Strafe; 11-27-2002 at 01:15 PM. |

G35 is a great car, I heard something about a recall on this year's model however.
Saw a red Z yesterday, the door handles have to go. Good luck selling. Jason |

Some WRX and 5150 Pics
Here's 3 pictures from Vivid Racing's site. My WRX still looks like that, but change the intake to a Blitz SUS and the wheels to STi 17"s.

hmmmm...
Hey dennis, I don't want to put you down. However $1200 is alittle steap for the hatchback. Ive seen some as nice go for $800 max. You might want to post it on the Ulitmate Subaru Message board, they have a marketplace for posting cars and such for sale. Looks like it is in good shape, good luck selling it. To bad I have one, or I'd make you an offer. Good luck with the house.
