Default DIY TGV Delete

I'm working on an FP red install and starting to realize the need to at least remove the TGV sensor. How can you just remove the sensor without throwing a cell? I would also like to do a complete TGV delete with porting myself but need to know the details on the complete job. How much power is there to be gained and as always what is the trade-off?

Thanks for nothing "Pal". I'm not some Honda owning kid or whatever. But I was looking for some useful info before I start this job so I can install my FPred. I have seventeen years of experience at building SCCA Trans/Am, Nascar, and now Daytona Prototype Championship winning engines. So if there is anybody capable it might be me. How about you?
