I got it on Tuesday and wanted to wait until Saturday to install. I told my girlfriend this and she replied "Why?... you have to do it now!" So, I did it laying on gravel, in the cold, on Tuesday night. The two bolts were still a bitch with only 9k miles. Rust on them. I really like the sound of it. Beautiful growl. The only problem is a massive amount of boomy bass inside the cabin that sounds like you're riding in a helicopter full of subs. Other people in the nameless review thread have no idea what I'm talking about and have none of that. So, I bought some MLV to put under the spare tire cover thing in the back. That may help or I may need to just get used to it. She thinks it sounds fine, I get annoyed.

Everything tight no leaks or rubbing, touching body? Might have to let it.break it before it mellows out, its.something us hatch/Wagon owners must get used to due to the open cabin vs. A sedan which is more isolated.

Well, when I really looked around I saw that the passenger muffler is only about 1/8 or 1/4 inch away from the trunk heat shield. It's not touching though. It's also possible that I don't know what to expect and what I'm hearing is acceptable to you guys. I figure I'd just try the MLV and if it doesn't help I can send it back to Amazon. I also could use some experienced earballs next time we all meet up.

Lastly, a couple people wanted to do driving instead of standing around. Some also mentioned moving the location to somewhere nearer to Aurora. Next meetup we should all drive to potential new meeting locations. I don't have any ideas because I'm not too familiar with Aurora. Then, we could start a proper thread for this reoccurring event.

There was a proper thread but some nut decided to make this and the other one fell down. Its probably acceptable tone for your set up. I have a txs dp to a devil axle back, and i don't have the drone on highway and minute interior DB's but if i went Mellon launcher then it.be a lot louder.

I'm down to meet this weekend. Fixed a few annoying exhaust leaks myself on mine, still need to tackle the boost spikes I'm getting and WG opening a few PSI late. Most likely just boost leaks, but haven't had time to test it with my other build taking up my time.

They are saying snow on Sunday so it might be best to have one tonight or tomorrow sometime.

Ill come out tomorrow if the weathers decent. The Brunswick zone on aurora and Ogden has a considerably large, open (and hidden, loitering gold) parking lot

I like the parking garage again in naperville. Didn't get bothered, have a roof and there is plenty of room.

So it was going to snow all of last night. As we can see, that never happened. Now they are saying its starting at 4 (an hour ago it was starting at 3). Why don't we start off in the parking garage and then head some where for dinner or a snack later on.
