Default Weird WOT stutter

So on my 05 wrx I have basically everything you can bolt into it with the exception of an fmic, tgv deletes, cai, ported manifold, 800cc injectors, full exhaust from headers up and back, etc. however I am having a weird tuning issue. I have a solid 14.7 idle afr that may fluctuate to 15.3 at worst but at WOT it drops to around an 8.53 and seems to cut fuel as if to stop the car from hitting peak boost. I have no leaks in my intake system but as I am on e85 with large injectors I had to scale my fueling accordingly to suit the mods. Car runs like a dream just cruising around and can chuck flames all day long but the second it tries to hit full boost (16.4 psi I believe) it stops itself and almost sounds like rolling anti lag. Any ideas what this could be? I do not believe anything is faulty mechanically however it is possible, I am leaning more toward the tune itself and something not being correct. Any help from some similar odd situations would be greatly appreciated!

Is this just in higher gears, or all the time? Sounds like wastegate duty cycle to me.

I had some issues and replacing the spark plugs seemed to help mine to be honest.

Pull a spark plug and check the gap. Should be around 0.028
