Yes the roof does come off



But on the S and Cup cars you'd want to leave it on as the scoop feeds air to the intercooler

Not sure why they are making this big announcement now, Lotus brought the car to a Lotus meet we had on the west coast back in May and I know of a few people that had them here a few months ago

Wow, I'm confused. I recall being told by a Lotus salesman that the roof does not come off the Exige, though this was four years ago.
