I removed the piece that said symetrical, wanted to leave awd incase I had a situation where it needed a tow, and my wife had it and didn't say anything to a guy without a flatbed.

The flatbed guy won't look. Educate your wife and remove the AWD, it looks weird IMHO

And like he said, the tow company isn't going to look. Your best bet would probably be to get a sticker like this and put it in your rear window or by your vin number.

anybody that doesn't know these cars are not awd shouldnt be touching/towing the car anyways!

In times i've needed a tow, i straight up tell them you have to bring a flatbed because its awd. no messing around.

I agree, but at time my wife, or my parents might use it. I would never not tell them on the phone.

True but not everyone loves their job as a tow truck driver. They couldn't give a flying fcku if your car is AWD or not. Subaru is just another car and 99% of small cars are FWD anyways. Easy mistake to be made

I've been hoping to get a clearer idea as to what debadging everything minus the WRX would look like. Thanks for the inspiration, it looks great!
