been a few months since i posted in here asking about how to get my thread in here and never received a pm or at least a point in the right direction as to who to pm. so i'm posting my build thread from member's car gallery here and requesting that it be moved to this forum if applicable:

Building a 3.0 L turbo track day car
Hi,
Building a 3.0L EZ30R (from 2007 Tribeca) turbo w/8.5:1 pistons from Supertech, and building a car for it to go in. It is mid engined, tube frame, and uses a 2008 WRX 5 speed. We made our own bodywork, frame and suspension. I would like to post information for members interested in the build of the engine and the modifications required to make it all work. It is a bit involved and I have learned quite a bit (and copied) from the Perrin 3.0 swaps, and from John at Outfront. I am pretty ignorant when it comes to Subaru and turbocharging, and am hoping that I get some constructive feedback as well. I am pretty good with suspension design and composite work and willing to share info with members. Can I get permission to post? Thanks, John |

So i wanna start a project thread. I have a 02 impreza obs and im starting to swap a jdm swap. I have aquired at least 95% of the parts needs and ive been a tech at subaru for 2 years so it will move quickly, i just dropped off the obs at work with the motor in the back today.

Boosting to show my project 818!
Hi All!
I'm eager to showcase the long road - as in a whole year long - in our journey to build a Factory Five 818. We put in it the guts of a 2007 WRX and we are now almost ready to get a few tire marks on I-95 before winter sets in! This has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my (long?) life: humbling at times but also amazing in learning and personal growth. I had a lot of good luck and help along the way, especially from my buddies at BowerWerks (Nick and Tristan) and the incredible tech support, parts, and words of wisdom from the Scubie gurus at Peak Auto Performance - to them goes my most sincere gratitude. If I get approved to post this project car on the forum I will share photos and stories... Happy track days to all of you! Ernest |

Approval for Project
Looking to get a project approved, but I've had no luck with Private massages or email?
Also, no luck with getting image hosting to work either. I'm building an EJ25 powered VStorm (see below) |
