Are you looking for what pieces you need to remove the door panel, or simply a pic of the door panel removed?

Ah, thats easy. There is a pop clip on the outer door panel up near the dash area. One screw holding the door handle down, two screws hidden behind little plastic covers in the door handle, then a bunch of little clips around the outer edge of the door.

After the screws have been removed, you can pull the trim plate from around the door handle; its just clipped in. The door controls are also clipped in. Then you can just grab the bottom ofthe door and work the clips out.

In the picture below, the red arrows are clip locations, and the green arrows are screw locations.

[EDIT] I forgot to mention that you have to remove the trim plate behind the side view mirror. It is just above the door panel and is held in by pins being pushed into rubber pieces. Just pull to remove, but remove straight out or you can break one of the pins.

No, they are Planet Audio's, PA-PC64CK, which are about 7" wide, over 3" deep, and will handle 150w RMS/300w peak.

Was this pic for a 2000?
I have a screw near the front dash (Red arrow) and one near the rear of the door but I do not see the screws near the pull handle (center two green arrows) did not see screw/covers.

The covers are there and you don't remove the screw for the door handle. Its two screws and the plastic pushin fastener.

Sunrise City Rider: correct, the screw on the door handle usually doesn't need to be removed. I have needed to remove it to get a little more play in the trip plate for re-installation sometimes. The screws on the armrest are hidden behind two different plastic clips.

The two on the arm rest are what I don't have... No hidden screw covers/clips. Could it be under the power window buttons..?
