that just dumb.

i've said it before and i'll say it again, the IDEAL fitment for these cars is 18x9.5 +38. (figure it out from there)

how the hell are you guys rubbing? are you not rolled/pulled in the rear?

i had zero wheel gap all around AND 275's and i NEVER rubbed. EVER.

I don't rub on my fenders... The front fender liners is another story.

These wheels also seem similar to work emotion ultimates.... Also, on the rubbing topic, I run 18x 9.5 38 works with mich 265 35 PSS. Car has 1 finger gap all around and about 2 degrees camber (stock camber in rear) Rears rolled but not pulled. It rubs on the rear bumper cover but that's it. Other than that the rears clear perfectly....

I'm running 18x9.5 et38 with a 255/35 and have no rub anywhere. -2 camber all around and rear fenders are rolled flat. About 1.5 finger gap all around. Not sure how you guys are rubbing on those specs. I ran 265's on et40's as well and no rub after my alignment and roll.

I'll let you know how 18x10 +38 RPF1s on 265/35 Z2s do when I put them on in April. Planning to have around -5 rear camber. I hope it is not weird to stare at the aluminum and rubber that will be sitting in my garage all winter...

you're going to need toe arms in the rear to run that much safely.

I run -2.3 in the rear and I still rub on some of the deeper dips at higher speed. 1 finger gap. Rears are rolled. There are times I wish I went with a stiffer coil like the FEAL, I like the way my KWs ride, but they are soft in the rear. I'd like to run a slightly more aggressive setup, closer to +30, but that's probably not going to happen, not in the rear at least.

Since we seem to be discussing wheels numbers. I'm trying to figure out what offset will give me a wheel that looks almost flat like this one. I want 18x9.5's all around but the offset is throwing me for a loop. I don't really like the look of the concave spokes, something slightly concave or flat would be ideal. What the heck offset do I go that will clear my brembos and give me the nice near flat spoke?

I have cusco camber and toe arms ready to go. Feal 441s are 1st choice for coils followed by v3s. Plenty more to be added to inventory before long too. Im in winter mode on bilsteins/rce and Hakka R2's on stock sti wheels until then.

I was running 18x9.5 38et with 255 40 18. I needed a roll and pull in the rear and rolled flat up from. I should have went with a 255 35 18 but oh well. Next setup will be 18x9.5 or 18x10 38et with a 255 35 18. I was on BC BR. This time around I am doing bags.

What's the reputation of fifteen52's cast wheels? I'm looking for a set of 17x9's, and I really like how they look.

They are gonna look sooooooo tiny. I wouldn't do that but it is your car.

I like how 18's look, but ****ty roads call for thicker sidewalls, wouldn't you agree? Not to mention I have ugly sliding calipers, larger wheels just show how tiny my calipers/rotors are

Shouldn't be too difficult to fit as long as you are not slammed. I have heard that Z2s run a bit wider than advertised, so 265 will be better to fit than 275. That rear camber is ridiculous. If it's just a joke that's cool, but I wouldn't run with it for more than a few laps around the block.

I've posted before but..

Sketchy by JSchell1309, on Flickr

Specs:
18X10 +38 Flat Black RPF1s
265/35/18 BFGoodrich G-Force (****ing noisy)
3mm spacers up front only to clear Brembos
Race Comp Engineering Tarmac 2 Coilovers
13.75" hub center to fender
-2.0* Camber up front
-1.8* Camber Rear (currently unadjustable, that is the camber due to the lowering)
0.0 Toe all around
Rear fenders rolled, not flat though, and not pulled
Front fenders untouched

No rubbing anywhere, even at Autocross.

Before and after always makes me
