Default eBay adjustable short throw shifter?

Has anyone tried the Ebay knockoff of the Cobb adjustable short throw shifter? Iíve had three Kartboys and one Cobb in previous WRXs. About to put one in my latest WRX and am tired of spending lots of money on this mod.

Anyone? Or should I be the guinea pig?

For something so integral to the driving experience, I would skimp elsewhere.

But as long as the measurements are on point, give it a shot.

I ended up finding a used Cobb for only 10 bucks more. Someone else will have to be the guinea pigÖ
