pin 11 (camera power on 28 pin) to gray/yellow on the RR harness.
Pin 2 (reverse on 28 pin) to reverse on head unit harness.
Followed the SWC diagram:
Pin 21 to Purple/Red on RR harness.
Pin 22 to Pink/Red on RR harness.
Pin 23 to Black/White on RR harness.

You didn't mention the black wire at pin #20 on the AX-SUB28SWC-6V. On some aftermarket HUs, the ground/shield on the HU's rear camera RCA jack is not bonded to the HU's main chassis ground. That prevents the OEM camera from getting a complete circuit for its power. So you need to also connect the camera's CGND lead to your other grounds. On your BRZ, that's pin #20.

BTW, the extra black ground wire on the AX-SUB28SWC-6V at pin #14 doesn't accomplish anything, because Metra is ignorant. (if you look, you'll see that your car's 28-pin harness has no factory wire at that slot).

ADDED: And your OEM HU has model number "CA634UL" printed on the front, below the bottom left corner of the touchscreen, in fainter ink.

"sLoPy" posted the pin-out of the 2016 BRZ 28-pin harness here (same as in your 2017).
