Post New Member: Rain Guard & Tint Question

Hi,

I just bought a 2019 WRX Base.

I am interested in putting in both Tints and Rain Guards, but am unsure which I should do first.

Would Rain Guards need to be removed in order to tint?

Thanks!

Typically (any vehicle), rainguards are external, tint is internal (relating to the glass). Thus......no difference......do as you want, but you can always ask either installer.

Unless you smoke in your car, the tint will be more useful right away for the driver and overall look of the car.

Did you read the original post? Not a question of, "is it worth it", a question of is there an order?
I answered the original question.

As to tint, there are many state/local laws on how much tint as well as where on the car.

I recently purchased a 19 wrx also and I had the tint done before I installed the rain deflectors, but you can always ask the tint shop if the rain deflectors will be an issue just to be safe?
