Default SubiSpeed Almost lost my business


UPDATE read entire post as my problem has been fixed by the owner himself.


So this comes after they already messed up my next day shipping and sent it USPS instead of UPS. To be fair when i told them they refuned my shipping charges.

However this second mess up is more frustrating. My wife and I both have the newest generation of WRX. Min has a built stage 2 closed deck block along with alot of other goodies. My Wife has a 2018 WRX and i was super excited to get her first mod the Access Port. I second day air it out and it arrived yesterday. She waited for me to get home to hopen it and instead of a excited smile the product was greated with her saying "this looks used".

At first though the scratched that were on the screen were just the clear screen protector. However after further inspection there was no screen protector and the scrtahes were all over the screen.

WTF Subispeed this is poor poor service

I have E-mailed your customer service to include pictures order number and serial number.

UPDATE

The owner of subispeed himself called me directly to offer a very immediate and personal solution to my problem the will resolve everything. I hope he has luck at finding out what went wrong so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

I just got 250 dollars worth of parts and the tab on my extension armrest came in the box broken. The broken tab was just loose in the box of everything. I put in a e mail to them and am awaiting response. It only a cheap clip and two screws take it right off. So I will see if they send a new clip and then will determine my review of the company. The order came fast and as expected except for that one item.

Wow Subispeed. Received broken clip on armrest and within one day of notifying them a replacement was sent out. Can t get much better than that!
