Default Invidia has poor customer support and garbage quality control.

Problem solved

That sucks, and they should totally replace that / offer a refund for that. With that said, I don't think it would be hard to find someone locally to mig that right up for you in the worst case scenario.

It should be austenitic stainless which can be migged. But I agree with you. They should let you return it on their expense because that's a pretty big QA f-up. For what it's worth, I've bought second hand Invidia stuff that was still in good shape after unknown mileage. Someone was having a **** day in the shop I guess when they made your exhaust

You know, if you had your location in your profile some welders on here (myself included) might offer to weld that up for you for free.

Nujabes,

I agree and think they're a pos. I bought a brand new 02-07 Full Titanium catback from them.

1. came with glue/gunk in random spots that i couldn't remove
2. came discolored (it has a blue tip, but had flaking or something going on)
3. unusual stains and scratches
4. fitment was awful, i had to use 3 types of exhaust hangers to get it to fit right:
-really old and saggy
-brand new oem
-kartboy extra length

Longstory short, they sent me a new one, but it still had the same BS but not as bad. After telling them again, I got on the phone with the biggest dbag (talks really fast forgot his name) and there was nothing more they can offer.

I told them how it's insane that for 10 years of modding my car, all the cheap stainless steel exhausts I've purchased have come flawless out of the box, so why would the best Titanium exhaust for the GD come like that.

The exhaust is insane though, lightest I know, and sounds great. Just wish it came perfect for the money.
