Looks like a pretty safe tune. what octane fuel? Everything looks clean though.

2.5 engine?
Fuel? The log shows an ethanol parameter, but your post says 94+ meth?

Great numbers for 26psi! I have the same turbo and pedestal, but only running 20 psi on a stock ej205. Canít wait to see what it does with my built engine soon.

Yeah 2.5L

Fuel is 94 Octane + Meth. The reason why it shows ethanol is because I am using the flex fuel tables to change between pump gas and Pump + Meth maps seamlessly and as use that as part of the failsafe functionality. So when I turn on meth the ECU sees 5v on one of the unused TGV plugs telling the ECU I have "100%" Ethanol so there is no Map Blending done just straight to the methanol boost, fuel, and timing tables. When off the meth is off and the ecu sees 0v so it just runs on pump gas.

Turbo has a bit more to give I think, on the dyno my tires held me back on the dyno dynamics, side wall was deflecting more and more under the torque and not giving accurate power numbers.

Ahh interesting. Iíve wanted to do something similar for a while with 93+meth or 93 and 100+.....but until I switch to Carberry no flex fuel/map switching for me.

So you donít think the 0.63 hotside is choking it up top? I was worried about how far I could push mine, but almost 500whp on a 2.5 makes me feel a lot better. Iím shooting for 400-450 on 93 with a 2.0, so I should be good.

Since I don't have e85 and cams I feel the 0.63 hotside is working out quite well (I mean its basically a 3576 sized turbo hitting 20psi at 3800 rpm). WGDC is less than 50% and its holding 26-27lbs all the way out.

For what its worth it Dyno'd 415 whp on a dyno dynamics dyno (heart breaker) at 3500ft above sea level. That was with a lot of tire deflection (roller speed on dyno was a nice deflected line, not linear which means the car wasn't transmitting the work done). Off meth it did 365whp on the dyno, I ran a 12.2 on my first pass straight off the highway on the pump gas tune at 114.8mph (DA was 6300ft that day Ouch). Then it rained right after that and I haven't gone since.

Sorry, I just saw this. It has been done on 93. I talked with him a week ago and he said to drive on it for a while. I just had my clutch replaced so I'm on the break-in period with it now. Once I move past that we'll push the car further. thanks for the input.

Having a 2.0 should help me a little, but it will have cams (272s). Iíll keep an eye on it. Should be easy to tell in logs if itís choking up top, but I think Iíll be fine.

I just want 400whp on 93 for now. It probably wonít be dynoíd, so Iíd be happy just seeing 400+ g/s in my logs. Probably start with 25psi and see how close that gets me.

Anyone ever figure this out? Seems messed up.

Mobil 93 octane fuel

Installed AP and flashed, some around town driving then logged pull. Getting -5.62 fine knock and -1.41 feedback knock, higher fbk at part throttle on a longer log.

There was a noticeable loss of power around 5000-5700rpm where the fine knock pulled timing. Loaded the 91 octane map for some piece of mind for now since I'm not sure what is going on.

If anyone has any input I'd love to hear it since I'm not sure what to make of this. This is just the WOT part of a longer log that I can upload if more data is needed.
