Default TGV/Romraider help

Ok so I finally decided after 6 years of owning my 2006 wrx tr, I decided to begin modding my car. I put a 3-inch Turbo back on, deleted my TGVs and open source tuned with romraider. My car is running absolutely awesome and extremely powerful compared to before. No knocks, map looks good. But I do have a CEL. It is for the TGV's of course.

So my question is do I just turn off all 8 TGV codes in romaraider to make my light go away right?

Second question is, My car does not want to start at first. It was like this before the tune. I was told that I have to enrich the fuel at cranking to compensate for the missing TGV's. Anyone have experience on this? If so can you help me correct my map please?

Under OBD-II check the three TGV CEl FIX to "ON"

That will get rid of that code.

Your second problem. Before deleting the TGV's did the car start without any issue? Then once the TGV's where deleted it was harder to start?

I have FIC 1100cc injectors. I haven't touched the cranking or warm up enrichment and my car fires up no problem (super fast). Make sure your latency is good. Your cam sensor might be on its way out.

The car ran perfectly fine before deleting the tgv's. Once deleted the car instantly was harder to start. That would be a pretty big coincidence for the cam sensor to start giving trouble the second I do TGV deletes. I am sorry I am not sure what latency is?

Is your car stock other then what you have mentioned?

Also. Did you delete the TGV butterfly flaps and left the motors/bar in? Or did you remove the motors, bar and butterfly flaps. If you removed everything I would start of by cleaning the codes. They will put your car in a limp mode and could be causing you to start harder. Delete the codes first and let us know what you have done to the TGV's (everything you have done).

But remove the codes and report back, that's the main thing.

Latency is the time the injector will stay open to spray fuel. If you injectors are stock then don't worry about it.

I only did the butterflies, the motors in bars are still in. other than that my cars bone stock other than a cat back. I haven't put my downpipe in just yet. all fuel is still stock. I'll delete the codeS real quick and get back

Couldn't help you with the bank orientation. I only have one on my 2.5L hybrid.

I also removed the butterfly flaps and still got the code. So I just cleared the code. No issues

Glad I could help
