What generation is this Perrin?
I bought it from Aecannonracing . This is what was stated
in his email. "The latest uppipe there is, was bought a month an a half ago" "it has about 700-1000 miles on it" "It comes with the add on resistor" He seems like a nice guy so I'm not knocking him, It's just that I'm a bit confused about what he sold me. Here are the pics

Can someone please post a pic of the resistor mod that belongs with this piece? I didn't receive it with the up-pipe. I requested that he send it. Thanks

The resistor "mod" is just a 2.2K ohm resistor that you put in, instead of your stock EGT probe. You just unplug the stock EGT probe. Go to radio shack, get some spade conenctors, and a pack of 2.2K ohm resistors. Should cost about $1.00. Then insert the 2.2k ohm resistor into the plug where the EGT guage was and tape the whole deal up with electric tape. No CEL for you.
