Default 04 STi Intercooler Spray Not Working

So when I bought the car the tank in it was cracked, bought a replacement from a guy this weekend. Got home and installed it and to my displeasure I still didn't have a functioning system. I have blown out the lines, tried 2 switches, and 2 motors, I'm thinking the relay is the culprit possibly. Anyone know which relay operates the sprayer? I'm not so great with decyphering service manuals and would appreciate the help.

Can you adjust your side mirrors? They are on the same fuse as the intercooler spray. #4 behind the change pocket to the left of the steering wheel.

The relay (INTERCOOLER WATER SPRAY TIMER in suby speak) is a 4 pole plug to the right of the glove box under the dash. It looks like you have to pull the glove box to get at it. It's only 13 screws... If you are that far into a PIA job I would change out the cabin air filter too. Odds are it's 6-7 years old and you will be in the neighborhood. There are threads on changing that filter if you need instructions.

Edit: The plug is B286 if you care.

Appreciate the help, I'll give it a try tomorrow evening after work and let you know how it turns out. I checked all fuses to make sure that wasn't the case before posting.

Service manual just has a drawing of where the harness plug is. It is in Adobe and I only have the reader. Sorry.

Well contacts aren't corroded or anything and relay seems to be in working condition, however I can't feel it clicking over when I press the switch unless it is a solid state relay (probably now that I think of it). Unless someone has some good insight I'll probably end up taking it to PIA.

Turns out the fog light dongle was plugged into the I/C spray switch.

The motor is on the side of the sprayer tank, in the right side of the trunk. Check voltage going to it.
