So I know the 2012 impreza and the XV have very similar if not identical dimensions... I saw a picture of a 2012 impreza at SEMA with bushwacker fender flares and I gotta say it looked awesome.

I'm wondering if I could get the fender flares from the XV and put them on my impreza? Anybody know where I could get them?

I've been looking at something similar kinger, except i was looking at the wheel arch moldings. I got a quote from my local dealer. Now I'm just debating over picking them up. But for now dealer seems to be the way to go.

Yeah that's what I'm interested in as well. I saw your thread about it. $770 seems steep to me. I'm not really sure what I'm going to do. I'm just a broke college kid haha

I have to admit fellas. I've been eyeing up the arch moldings and skirts on the xv as well. I have a black impreza and think the naked plastic moldings would looks awesome. Wish there was a cheaper way to get them!

I would recommend a second person to remove the bolt for the pulley, I really messed up my back doing it alone haha. It took me no longer than an hour. With a friend I would be surprised if it took you longer than 30 min.

The stock pulley weighs 4.9 lbs. I'll have pics in the morning
Did you actually notice any mpg or performance gains at all from this? I'm curious on this little wonder.

As far as noticeable performance, you can't feel any extra hp. The throttle feels a little more responsive and the car feels much less chuggy between 1500-1700 rpm. Its actually quite comfortable down there now. Over a 1000 mile test before I averaged 30.3 MPG and 37 MPH. After I installed it I ran the clock for another 1000 miles and got 31.2 MPG and 36 MPH. I drove it the same as i always do. 1000 miles probs isn't enough to really say but seeing as she only has 3300 miles I couldn't really do longer test. For $130 I'd say do it. It likely doesn't make too much of a difference but for $130 you can't expect too much of a gain.

Anyone know how to remove the roof rails on the 2012 impreza sport? I'm in the process of installing some spot lights on my cargo basket and would prefer not to drill through the roof. My plan is to go through where the roof rails connect. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the update. For $130 and 1 mpg its bound to pay for itself in time.. not sure how long that would be.. 130 miles? Not long at all. I want one now. We all bought our cars new so im sure we all plan on keeping them for a while. As far as the rpm range.. thats exactly where my five speed impreza could use some help. Uuh Perrin, if youre tuning in, can we get a group buy on these please?

Anyone seen the new chargespeed roof fins? Kinda cool but I have a hatch and view them as more of a sedan mod but whatever. A new part available is always fun to see.

Not really my cup of tea, but good to see new parts being made. Also, $720 is crazy expensive!

It looks funny on a 5 door hatchback. Where did you get that price from?

More new parts I just found. Who wants to spend 2 grand for a jdm exhaust?

I was more excited about the suspension parts myself. and the JDM STi side skirts.

The G4 is the name they use in Japan IIRC.
