Yup the hot side runs under the motor.
Thanks, pies take forever but I ran out of bends lol. The core is a vibrant core, 25x12x3.5. Its actually no laggier than the tmic. |

Really nice. What about off-boost throttle response?

Do you worry about heat from the radiator and your cold pipe? They look pretty close

I'll take a video one of these days, but on the stock turbo, honestly it feels exactly like stock, just without the heatsoak.
I'd definitely be down to make another, i'm very happy with how it turned out. I wouldn't do pies again though, i'd just order the correct amount of 90's lol. I wouldnt necessarily say this one "works" with the aps cai. While I did get it to fit, the coupler that comes with the aps intake is like a inch too short. If the coupler was slightly longer, it definitely would fit, but I spent a while messing with it till i could get it someone drivable. I'm building a new intake as soon as my weld on flange gets here so I can go blow through. It's pretty far away from the radiator itself, at least an inch due to the fan shroud. I'm not worried at all about that. The stock top mount sits on top of a turbo |
