I'm posting here even though I feel it's not in my character...
Vivid, last Friday you said you'd give me a status on my order. Guess what? It's Wed now. I'll not bore this forum with all the details. Please find out something for me. Yesterday in the mail I rec'd my 'Paid Invoice'. And this enraged me even more because I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR SOMETHING YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE! If I still do not have the axle-back by the time I get my credit card statement you better believe I'm going to dispute the charges and get my money back until you can deliver. Again, full disclosure when I first placed my order would have saved me and you from all this headache. Erik

The message you see is a good thing and a bad thing. This means we have ALOT of people visiting our site, over 50000 per day. We are working on this and should be fixed soon. With the largest Subaru site including forums with over 400 users, technical manuals, a 50+ customer car gallery, and alot more, we stay busy!

your order has been cancelled and refunded. This is the 3rd time you have ordered it, so when you are ready to understand and any vendor will vouch, Blitz tail back sections are not easy to come by and special order. So each time we order one, it is on order...NEVER WAS STATED INSTOCK AND YOU KNOW THIS. Good luck Erik. |

i am so happy because vivid racing got shut down just the other day. i tried to look at something on their website to compare prices, and it didnt work. I called a friend and he said they got shut down for good, so this should make everybody happy!!!!!!!

If you have a problem, how about picking up the phone to resolve it instead of hiding behind a username. Most of the time a problem resolved benefits the customer monetarily. I suggest always calling for a problem. VR 480-966-3040 |

Although its been a few months since I had order from Vivid. The shippment arrived ontime and everything was good until a little misunderstanding which led to an overcharge on my account. But its been resolved and I must say Vivid is still a great place to shop. You cannot possibily say every vendor is perfect. Mistakes will bound to happen now and then so people please think twice before you post any negative feedback. Most times, do not count on the forum or emails for communications. The best way is to CALL them. IF they do not give you the service thru voice, then maybe you have a case. Until then, chill. I look forward with vivid's new site.
P.S When I ordered from Vivid, they told me whats instock and on backorder simply because I ask them. So if you havent ask all your questions, dun expect others to know what you want because your the one shopping not them. Silverrex |

Just wanted to thank Rob at Vivid Racing. Ordered my Samco hoses on Monday afternoon via phone. Provided my credit card. Sent me a tracking number within 8 hours. Showed up on my doorstep today via UPS ground.

Vivid,
I just received my order which was the Sti JDMRear Windshield and wiper assembly. Do you have the mail connectors that goes into the white connector on the motor? And do you by chance have a wiring diagram for this thing?! Man, I have no freaky idea how to wire this damn thing Hah, sucks that I didn't realize that the switch is made for a RHD car I'll have to work out something there! |
