Question SS brake lines and clips ??

Purchased a set of SS brake lines from SPO and noticed that the clips that hold the lines to the strut do not fit correctly. According to Scott at SPO, the brake line manufacturer is aware of this and says to "Zip Tie" the line to the strut.
Sounds kinda hokey to me but ... What is everyone else with SS Lines doing to hold the line to the strut??

Thanks,

Joe Hogan

I re-used the stock clips instead of using the C clips that came with my Goodridge kit. I did not seriously try to use the C clips, since they are considerably less reusable than the stock clips. I would not zip tie it-- the barrel is there to prevent friction.

I do... err, did zip-tie my front wheel speed sensor wires to my AGX struts. No problems since summer 1999, and imagine my surprise when I install a set of Tein HAs and find they have a thread to fasten the speed sensor bracket to the strut!
