Tinted my windows in my first brand new car ever. This is my second Subaru, itís been a few years since I owned one. Now I remember why I missed it ever since

I swapped a freshly rebuilt ej20 into my wrx wagon and it runs like crap! Cylinder 2 and 4 misfire. Headgasket issue? Idk but i'll be damned if I have to pull an engine out of that car for the 3rd time...

Default installed COBB EBCS

Installed my COBB EBCS in my '04 wrx. Really loving the stage 1 package. I seem to be overboosting though.

Topped off the power steering fluid.

First time in 15 years adding any power steering fluid.

Swapped out the winter tires for summer wheels and new tires.

Did the GR STi stumble fix mod (https://www.iwsti.com/forums/showthread.php?t=254372) this morning. Seems smoother, time will tell.

Took my STI out for a spin this morning. Had a great time.

Thinking I should swap my OEM STI shift knob for maybe the Sphereology knob in translucent red.

You may want to go ahead and just change the fluid out. Call me crazy but it feels much smoother after a full flush. It is very easy.

Drove my WRX to and from work, and got her gas on the way home. Very basic commute, yet enjoyed every minute of the drive. The suspension damping on the car is so comfy too even over pretty rough roads. I absolutely love the car!

Default What'd you do to your subie today?

I just replaced the weak a** factory battery on my 2017 WRX. I had enough getting jumped start using my battery pack almost every day. I probably could get a new replacement from Subaru since my car is only at 22K miles but I just don't want to deal with the stealership for just a battery replacement.
I went with the Interstate battery from Costco.
To me, $85 for 3.5 years warranty is not bad.
I also did oil change.

I hit 35.6mpg ave on surface roads during this morning’s commute on my 19 WRX Limited.
Not that I cared about mpg, but wow. It turned into a game how high I could hit after 30mpg..LOL!

If that's from the MFD, I can guarantee you your actual MPG is lower than that

If that was a hand calculation and you actually hit 35.6 MPG, then awesome!! But then I'd say you need to hit boost more and have more fun with your car

Need more info, too. I've gotten phenomenal MPG while in traffic, averaging 40 MPG. Even my 21-lifetime-MPG '08 STI would hit mid 30's in all low-MPH traffic that allowed me the min MPH to be in top gear on average................

Nah, not an actual calculation as I don't care about mpg as I mentioned, but it was pretty insane I got the ave to show so high on surface roads..! Yeah, I do drive pretty spiritedly.. usually showing 24-25 mpg at best.
