Talking 06 WRX TR VF-43 -- Agile Tuned -- 311 HP / 354 TQ

Had my car tuned yesterday at Agile Auto by Hill McCarty. I am going for more of an "average guy" kinda build...at least for now.

Here are the relevant details:

VF-43 Turbo
Helix v3 Catted Down Pipe
Buschur Racing CAI
Borla Hush Exhaust
GrimmSpeed Up Pipe (Coated)
GrimmSpeed Ported Manifold
(Coated)
Crawford Catch Can
Cobb Access Port v1
STi IC
Stock Fuel Pump and Injectors

Full mod list here

Thanks to the whole crew at Agile. Hill, Joe, Annie, Jeff, Arty and of course Harley and Scooby (shop doggies)!

I had a great experience for my first tune and am very stoked with the results.

Yes it does. Correct me I m wrong but I think it goes dyna pack, dynojet, dyno dynamics, then mustang. dynapack being the highest.

Nice numbers. Congrats.
I've had a vf43 on my car for about 7 months and I really enjoy it.

I dyno'd 323 whp and 373 lb/ft on the same kind of dyno. Dynamics.

Thanks guys. The numbers are fun but I am really impressed just how much smoother the power comes on now and the overall feel in pedal response.

Im a happy guy.

Do you have stock baseline numbers from the same dyno? I have roughly the same setup as you and pulled 225hp/250tq with my VF39 2006 Wagon on a Mustang. Mainly curiious about your increase. With me, it was about +50hp, +50tq over stock, same dyno.

For comparison my protuned stage 2 2006 WRX in similar weather conditions did 237 awhp and 303 awtq on Agiles dyno....Never did a stock baseline...

Unfortunately this is the only time my car has been on a dyno of any kind so I have nothing to compare it with.

Maybe I just got a lucky car build

Nice. I have a VF39 making 314hp 336tq tuned by Hill. He does such a awesome job tuning the car, Agile is a very good shop. I bet you wrx is a lot more fun to drive.

Hey Now! It's not MY fault if I want to ask him questions! If he doesn't want to answer my questions or listen to me then he can tell me that!

How much boost did you get out of it? I know when Hill tuned mine he could only get 20psi or so which yielded about 304/319 in 100+ degree heat. Now I'm hitting 21.5 or so.

Car looks great btw, very clean and understated. Congrats!

Def good for 12's. I ran a 12.9 on my first pass ever @ 107. And that was without pushing it that hard.
