Default P0021 code

While driving my 08 WRX on the freeway my CEL came on, code is P0021. Car drives great, no changes in power or noises. Oil was little low, I topped it off and reset the ECU. CEL comes back on after a bit.
A few months ago, a turbo went out, a new one went in, did a through flush and replaced all the banjo filters, and AVCS sensors. Car is basically stock, with the exception of a v40 turbo and open source tuning after the turbo swap. Oil looks clean now, no particulates noted and the car is building boost. T-belt, water pump, all belts/pulleys were done within the past 3 months. All done around the same time. Before that was getting 23-24 mpg. Could this be a bad sensor?
Is there anything I should be checking?
Thanks in advance!

Have you replaced the OCV (Oil control Valves)

Please search, i feel like this has been covered multiple times on this forum.

Check to see if your AVCS solenoids (OCVs) are both equally advanced while cruising and at idle. You may have had one go bad. Did you reuse your solenoids after your turbo went?

There were both replaced along with all banjo filters. Did 2 oil flushes that time and 3 more over the next 2-3 weeks for good measure. Prolly overkills.

I also replaced the passenger side AVCS when that CEL came on, no changes though.

Why don't you check the banjo filters and make sure they are both still clean...?

I believe there is a test for the OCV using a 9volt battery.

Ask google.
