Default Returning misfire code, 0V bank 1 O2 sensor

I'm dealing with this issue: https://forums.nasioc.com/forums/sho...2550077&page=2

And since the solder only worked for a few weeks I'd like help testing the continuity of the ignition circuit. (I couldn't find a wiring diagram in the service manual but if I missed it the page number let me know.) Do I check at the engine harness plug near the firewall? Is there a diagram that clearly shows the layout of that plug?

Additionally, the bank 1 O2 sensor is reading 0V at idle and while driving with my scan tool but with no engine light or code. It has 12V going to the plug. I measured resistance of the old sensor (which was bad) and have installed a new sensor but still no voltage on the scan tool. After replacing the sensor the fuse under the glove box blew causing p0031 p0037- fixed with new fuse. Again- wondering where I should check this circuit for continuity. It would seem that there's a short given that the fuse blew but since it hasn't blown again in 200 miles. Also I think the scan tool should see the voltage since it's getting power. The wiring looks neat and tidy.

I replaced two ground cables that had corroded off. There aren't any other chronic electrical issues. The previous owner installed an AEM cold air intake but otherwise the car is factory original and has not been tuned. It is in good condition with 135k. I paid my family mechanic to check compression, leak down, plugs, coils and even the turbo. They said it could need valve adjustment but didn't know whether having out of spec valves would cause a misfire code, that otherwise it didn't appear to have any problems and that it doesn't feel like it's missing.

It some times has trouble starting. There are periods of a few days where the car will idle rough and shudder and stall at stops.

Thanks for any help
