Is the accesports live boost reading accurate comparing to the boost gauge?

I have a 05 STi and a APEXi boost gauge and they seem to be really close

AP reads the #s right off the ECU, It better be accurate.

My ap reads a little bit higher than my oem boost gauge.

i can't imagine the accessport not being accurate like stated above its running directly off the ECU how could it not?
