Question after replacing rear o2 sensor
Posted here a bit back about my rear O2 sensor issue. Got the replacement from a local parts place for a good deal (it was a Bosch, but I noticed that the sensor itself said Denso on it - which was the original brand so that's good I guess). Was a breeze to put in and I was amazed after the 10 minutes of work that the garages I called wanted $260 for the sensor itself and another $100 plus for labor for a total of about $375 to replace the thing. This is easier than an oil change. The CEL is all taken care of now, so thats a relief, but I wanted to know if there is anything I need a technician to do with the ECU or whatever its called after this sensor has been replaced (does it have to be adjusted or anything)?
Thanks for any info and I appreciate the help given in the previous thread.
