![]() I had these headers on MY05 WRX for about a year before I sold the car, I liked it for the price. it did touch the filter, at first I dented the filter, then I did an oil change and re-dented the next filter but not enough and it rubbed a pin hole in the filter. I had to swap it out in a massive rain downpour lol. then the filter I replaced it with got yet another pin hole in it less than 100 miles. So after that I just heated the header with a torch and beat the crap out of it until there was enough clearance to never have to worry about it again. if I ever had to do it again, I would just spend a little more and get HKS ELH.

![]() Not quite apples to apples, but I've been running CNT UEL headers on my 13 frs; not coated or wrapped, there's a good amount of discoloration but they're running strong. I'm in VT and daily the car through snow and salt. 30,000 miles on them, no issues. I've had CNT exhaust on a bugeye as well; no issues
