Have a Nice Day? Oops.. Wrecked my Stizzle

ya, I screwed up. Should'nt be driving on ice like that with bald falken azenis sports. I was driving all morning the way I normaly drive but failed to adjust to an iced over corner, novice mistake -won't happen again. I slid into a curb @ about 15 mph or so...
I took it in on the 20th i believe and they haven't even made progress. only 1 subaru tech @ capitol subaru here in salem and he say's they keep pushing jobs in front of it. Kinda pissed because I miss her lots, needed new rear cross member, both control arms and many other steering compenents, no body damage but there is frame damage. trunk wouldn't open after wreck and tail lights are partruding. Oh well, I just hope it is fixed to pre-collison condition.
Pic was taken on my cell phone about 2 minutes after wreck. I watched 5 more wrecks at the same corner before tow truck arrived and I almost got ran over by another sliding vehicle. Was a serious bad corner and I'm embarrased I let it have it's way with my sooby.

all the mud is from the day before when I took it up into the snow. can't waite to put some softer prodrive struts on it with a set of michelin gravel tires /16" rim and some smaller high perf. brakes.

Have you considered having it towed to a place that will...um...actually work on your car, rather that putting other jobs in front of it? Man, screw the dealer. None of that damage is going to be under warranty. Take it somewhere where the labor will be cheaper and they will work on it before you start collecting social security checks. Stupid dealer is most likely charging you a storage fee too. Per day, it's a lot.

Still...you could've gotten new tires or taken the bus or had someone else drive you or something...certainly sounds like it was a bad corner but you definitely could've come better prepared than that.
