Question Nashville Mechanic - Non Subaru Specific

Looking for a good mechanic/shop in the Nashville metro area for general service (brake, cooling system, plugs etc) and possibly some valve work. Any recommendations for a reputable shop would be greatly appreciated.

There really arent any. If you need any block or valve work stay the hell away from Blue Ribbon downtown Nashville. They had my block 2 months and didnt do a damn thing. I went to a machinist in Murfreesboro they had my block done in 2 weeks. All other work I did myself. If I would have to suggest a place the Subaru dealership in Franklin is ok. Other than that finding a Subie mech here is hard.
