when do you:

change your air filter (mileage perhaps--i know you change it when it's really dirty )

rotate your tires

change your tranny/brake/oil fluid... etc etc

Air filter = Every 6 months
Oil = 6000
Oil filter = 3000
Tranny = 30,000
Rear diff = 30,000
Tire rotate = 10,000
Brake fluid = Every summer

dude you better not be changing you oil every 6k unless you are running ams oil

oil and filter every 3k/3mo
air filter: have a k&N(i hate it but it was free and never needs replacing0 otherwise change them every 15k
trans & diff: every 30k
brake fluid every fall and spring
a/c filter every 15k
rotate tires every other oil change(approx 6k miles)

3k- oil/filter
6k- rotate tires
15k- air filter & brake fluid (check pads too)
30k- tranny/diff & SPARK PLUGS

yes under normal driving conditions, now look at severe driving conditions which is what basically applies to all cars

Are you serious? You don't even know what I'm running! Please do some research and discover Blackstone labs.

Oil & filter @ 5,000 miles and BlackStone lab report says go to 7,000 on Mobil 1
transmission & differentals @ 30,000
fuel filter and air filter @ 30,000

ALL this information is in the manual so !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I only change my airfilter when it's dirty. probably every 30-40k. I've only changed it twice so far. Just hit 80k. BTW, it's a K&N. The last one was in there for two years and when I pulled it out, it was dirty but, still looked good. Instead of cleaning it, and waiting for it to dry, I bought another one. Cleaned and oiled the first one and put it back in the box to use next time. If it's dirty, change it. If not, leave it alone.
