Its what I plan on getting for my car this winter. I built my cars current setup around being able to run this turbo in the near future. All I need to do is the head work. I have this Dom 3 maxed at 25psi on the corno at 454whp. I need to go bigger

Still out by me. Had a huge tree take out out power lines a few houses down. The pole in front of my house is bent because the tree pulled all the lines taught

I'm honestly surprised I have power. The other side of the street is out, and any other time the sky turns a different shade of blue it's always me that loses power.

I just got power back on at my place. Hopefully the rest of you aren't too far behind either.

Well that's a good sign. Yeah my buddy just lost his power this morning. So he has no clue when that would get fixed. Maybe a couple of hours, maybe a few days. Seriously though ComEd need to develop a better way of delivering power. Its an outdated way of delivery. If I knew a better way I would be a billionaire. The only thing they've really changed since day one is switching from tin and cloth to copper and plastic. It's like toilet paper. It's never really ever evolved.

Yeah buried cable is the way to go for reliability. Unfortunately there are lots of places that it's still not practical to do for various environmental reasons, or they lack the capital to make that sort of investment in their infrastructure. As far as the medium via which it's delivered... electricity moves through conductive stuff, so we still use the cheapest conductive materials that do a reasonable job. Bottom line is, you could have perfect everything all of the time, but it would cost a heck of a lot more.

They should just start putting cable in the ground while doing roads ... save money that way.

well they don't want to even build the roads correctly so they last, so I doubt they're gonna do something smart like that.

For the sake of argument, why would I spend that much on that when I can have this:

That's a lot of money for a conversation piece.

I am. Just got it last weekend, but I haven't had much time to tinker with it a whole lot.
