I managed to pull an axle out of my front transfer case while doing a coilover install. Any advice on a DIY fix or estimate of what I'll need to get done? You available any time soon?

You don't know about it..

Put the axle back in.

I guess the 04's use a stub-in-tranny setup, so you should just have to slide the axle back into the splines, and tighten down the axle nut. There may be a seal, i'm not 100% positive, because I'm more familiar with the previous generation setups where the tranny has the stubs, not the slots. I have the Factory Service Manual for the 04 STi if you want a copy on CD. That covers everything.
