I just wanted to give a thumbs up to Cygnus Performance. I was in the market for a Q300 Exhaust, Mud Flaps and Sways for my 2010 WRX. I had inquired to a couple vendors and was NOT at all impressed with the responses. One vendor was very lacking in the communication department, wouldn't answer the simplest of questions regarding price breakdown, short responses, etc. This vendor seems to be held in high regard around here so I won't name them, but I doubt I'll go back. Spending a lot of money online, if you can't communicate well you won't get my business. Too many shady people out there running a "storefront" IMHO.
Any way, back to Geoff. His responses were clear, direct, and actually answered my questions. WIN! I placed my order Thursday of last week and was shocked that the sways arrived the next day (I'm in CA) and the exhaust and mudflaps arrived on Monday. This was all with free shipping... EXTREAMLY impressive. I would recommend Cygnus to anybody and Geoff will definitely get return business from me. Now, just to find the time to install... |

I recently bought some kartboy front and rear endlinks from Cygnus. Geoff had great communication and gave me multiple quotes on various brands. My radiator hose busted the next day and I needed a replacement hose quickly. I ordered some Samco hoses and Geoff expedited shipping to me free of charge!
Overall I am very happy with my purchases and know who I will be buying from next time I need parts. P.S. THEY HAVE THE BEST PRICES AROUND! |

Great vendor! Geoff got me the quotes i requested with no additional pressure to buy more, or upgrade beyond the level i am seeking. On a Friday i told him i'd need theweekend to decide, on Monday morning we pm'd and i called to place the order. I received my parts this morning, 48 hrs after ordering! Did i mention that he will truly beat any price, well, he got me the lowest price, and the fastest shipping combined!

With weeks of researching and talking to Subaru owners about which suspension products would best suit my needs, both performance-wise and price-wise, I decided to go with a Whiteline setup. After each product was carefully considered, I went on several websites for pricing and information. I stumbled across Cygnus Performance and saw their guarantee that they will not be beat on Whiteline products. I PM'ed Geoff and informed him of my plans and asked for input and suggestions. Geoff was more than willing to discuss the products and purpose for my car with no pressure on me to make a decision and buy from his shop. You can truly tell he cares more about the customer making the right decision on parts rather than the customer buying from him. Geoff was not the only vendor I spoke to, but was the only one with absolutely excellent customer service. From my experience, a lot of vendors will give you either good customer service or good pricing , neither at Geoff's level, and rarely both. Geoff's customer service was noteworthy and his pricing was outstanding. His guarantee of not being beat on Whiteline products holds true as he blew away the competion on the many vendors I talked to. If you're like me and value your car and the modifications you do to it, I sincerely recommend talking to Geoff at Cygnus Performance. He is by far the best Subaru vendor on the internet!

I also wanted to let everyone know we have a new system for tracking/invoice emailing which should get those emails out same day every time unless it's an order where we are waiting on a part. I am very surprised to see that they have such great review. Geoff gave me a great quote a couple of weeks back and I placed the order. Needed to delay shipping and he said he would accommodate for my request, everything seemed great.
