I have a completely stock 2004 wrx...however I'd rather not have a completely stock blown up 2004 wrx

I remember when fast and furious was at its peak and there were alot more ricers on the road...ebay was LOADED with these kind of things. It was a dark time indeed.

We found our gerbil. Completely stock is better than completely built nd blown up. Its a win-win situation for you. LOL

Au contraire.......

Read:
http://chrysler300country.com/rise_a..._injection.htm

Tom White is my neighbor.......and sold that DeSoto to a guy in Florida for $475k. Easy market for this chip.......since it is the only DeSoto in the world with a running fuel injection system from the factory still in a car.

Quoted for hilarity:

Quote:
EASY INSTALLATION. Installation can be performed by anyone using simple hand tools. The GForce module installs into your DESOTO FIRESWEEP's engine bay and is connected via 2 wires that plug into the IAT sensor. Diagrams are included. The unit is then able to reprogram the ECU thus improving your car's performance. Everything needed for installation is included in this kit for a quick and easy installation that shouldn't take more than 15 minutes. There is absolutley nothing else needed to have this installed on your vehicle.
http://www.gfchips.com/desotofiresweep.aspx

(For the youngsters - DeSoto died around 1960.)

^ yeah, i was wondering where the installation guide was.

IAT? really? so this "chip" can make your car

a.) Think the intake is cooler than it actually is
b.) Think the intake is warmer than it actually is (if that)

how the HECK can that give you 60 hp?

oh yeah... +60hp on a Veyron

@Jack - Two problems with that.. Firstly the Bendix "Electronic" fuel injection didn't incorporate ANY form of intake air temp sensor

And second.. It was never available on the Desoto Firesweep which only came with 2 carbourator options in 1957 - hence my use of the Firesweep and not the Adventurer.. Although the site ONLY lists the 1957 adventurer which was also ONLY available carbourated.. Bendix injection was available in 1958 on select Desotos - and abandoned in 59.

:P
