Default STI BBS wheel weight?

I know this has been posted before, but I cannot find it. Who knows what the STI BBS wheels weigh? How about the wheel/tire combo?
Thanks.

So if the combo weighs 43 lbs, and a stock BBS wheel weighs 16-16.5 lbs, that's about 27 lbs per tire? The STi's are sure packing a lot of rubber!

Yeah, bathroom scale reads 27lbs for a slightly used RE070.

About 15.5lbs for each BBS rim.

My 05 Sti new wheels & stock tires were 47 lbs combined. This is on a very accurate postal scale.

if anything the 05 might weigh a few ounces more since its half an inch wider, should not be that big a difference though

Something is wrong here, I've now read 3 different weights for '04 STi wheel...

15 lbs
15.5 lbs
16-16.5 lbs

Which is it?

I've read over and over in this very forum that they're 15.5 lbs, but Kone weighed them himself and got 15 lbs each (I'm assuming they are '04 wheels).

TireRack has the STi RE070 listed at 27 lbs, yet rankink got 47 lbs for his '05 combo, which would make the '05 wheel 20 lbs at only " wider.

How hard can it be to get one person to weigh an '04 and '05 wheel?

UltimateLurker I'll make a deal with ya, you take one of your wheels off dismount the tire and weight it, I drive an 04, I'll do the same and we can post exact numbers.
