If you are still under 36K, it's covered under warranty. Or if you have a Subaru Added Security plan, they will cover it as well.

is it the overhead type or in the dash? The overhead ones seem to have that problem. Look here:

so it's the same reason as the 2nd Gen forester? Most of those types of LED clocks have side lit LED's

Dealer did not have the bulb so had to order.. So I picked up a replacement parking light bulb that has been burned out for a few months (Darn you!)

How in the Hell do you replace the PArking light???

I unscrewed the screw that I thought was the only one holding the headlight housing but it's not moving.. and I can't remove the clip holders.

The screw you were turning is most likely the one that adjusts the headlamp aim. Better check so you aren't blinding anyone or searching for squirrels at night. BTW check the owners manual, it shows how to replace the bulbs (who would have thought)

I can do it but I've had a lot of practice when I was installing the Mo_Boost gauge. Best to look at the link I posted above:

http://www.scoobymods.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3802

and you will see in gory detail how to take the center hatch out. I can just get my fingers under the center and tug up, it will pop right off.

Ahh I finally got it today.. No one said The Clock and the dash box was all one part.. So I bent my Impreza key.

So I found it's best to unhook the rear and pry the front part of the clock out and the whole thing comes out.

After that took maybe 10 Min total.

However I heard something plastic break when putting the box back in, but I guess I wont have to deal with that for awhile now.
