Typically the red struts are used with the SPT/STi (black) springs according to:
http://www.northursalia.com/m...ng/spring.html These are 217 front / 190 rear STi Pink springs are 200 F / 185 R So more damping than the springs they are usually used with if you pair the red struts with the pink springs. However, the pink springs are also used with the pink adjustable struts, which, at the softest click, are the same as the STi red struts and get stiffer from there. So I would say they probably will work well. |

-And don't count on any drop with the black RA springs. 20mm is on the high side - really no appreciable drop.

Thanks....!
Thanks all for your help and input.
vwluv10338: Ya I have seen that page form rallispec's web-site. I also e-mailed them about this question and they said it should work just fine. But I was hoping that some here on I-club has already done this so I could get an idea how the setup works and the drop.. Just didn't want to be the first person to try this...... I'm starting to lean towards this set-up... Thanks again all...........! |
