Default Easiest way to clean UNDER the car..?

and I don't mean the street, you jerks.
I'm talking about the nasty, slimy, dirty, filthy undercarriage that turns my skin black every time I change my oil or an exhaust gasket.

I've been trying to drive onto ramps and just blast it with engine brite and/or extreme simple green and then do another blast of water. But there's still parts I can't reach.

Help plz?
